Payments and refunds
No automatic charges
The 3-day free trial needs no payment details and never turns into a paid plan by itself. Passes are one-time payments for 1, 3, 6 or 12 months. They do not renew. We never take money from your card, bank or e-wallet: you send each payment yourself.
How to pay
Choose a pass, then scan our bank QR code with your own bank or e-wallet app and send the exact amount. Then message us a screenshot of your receipt and your AC- code on our TikTok. We never ask for your card number, PIN, one-time code or password.
Fees
We add no fees. Any transfer fee depends on your own bank or e-wallet; many apps send to other banks for free or a small fee.
When your pass starts and ends
A pass starts when we confirm your payment, usually within 24 hours of your message. If your trial or another pass is still running, the new pass starts when that one ends, so you never lose days. Your account page shows the exact date and time your access ends (Philippine time).
Bought a pass by mistake?
Ask within 24 hours of sending your payment and we will return the full amount.
- How: tap Request a refund on your account page, within 24 hours of paying.
- Where it goes: back to the same bank or e-wallet account you paid from, within 7 working days after we approve it.
- Your pass: removed when the refund is approved. Any trial or earlier pass you already had stays.
- Once per account: this refund can be used once per account.
- After 24 hours: payments are final and not refundable, including unused days.
Payment mistakes
If you were charged twice for the same pass, or you paid but never received access, message us on our TikTok with your receipt and AC- code, at any time. We will either give you the access you paid for or return the extra payment. Nothing here limits rights you have under Philippine law.
